“ We ate here after checking into the Stoney Creek hotel just next door while visiting Galena recreationally. The atmosphere here is very nice and the staff was very pleasant, but the food was outstanding! I ordered the grilled chicken breast with chorizo and cheese, served with flour shells and rice... it was excellent, and I would order it again! I also got a medium mango margarita, which was very refreshing. Highly recommended! ”

“ The service here was amazing and fast. If I am dining at a Mexican restaurant, I expect that the food will be authentic. When I asked how they prepared their tacos, the server said they were more of an American style taco with lettuce and tomatoes. She customized mine to be authentic with cilantro and onions instead. There was a mistake on my order where I ordered chicken but they served me beef. It wasn’t a big issue but when the server realized this she insisted on correcting it and had my dinner ready in about 5 minutes at most. My husband ordered the seafood fajita and asked to supplement the scallops for chicken . She was happy to help him with this accommodation as well. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this location and will definitely come back next time I am in Galena. I forgot to take a photo of my meal because she had removed my plate to remake it. ”
